High-rise glass office towers have one major issue in common; the oxidizing of aluminum window frames and creates discoloration and streaks of oxidized metal on the glass windows. The first application to solve this problem was in 2010. The results encouraged the JP Morgan facilities manager to have all of their towers in the New York City area specified for AD95 and coated when weather permitted.

Ancillary to the windows were the bathrooms. AD708 was specified and the results were so favorable the account executive for a brokerage firm got his bathrooms and kitchen coated in his house. His comment was that the workplace bathrooms were as new looking and smelling as they were when he first came to work 10 years ago
